We run security audits, a fractional Director of Security retainer, Defender team development with our proprietary P23 Defender Certification, tabletop exercises and drills, and executive protection advisory. No. P23 is advisory and training only. We assess your facility, write the plan, train your people, and run drills. We do not sell or install equipment, and we do not provide guard services. That separation keeps our recommendations honest. When you need a vendor, we'll tell you who does the work well.
